stock-monitor 僅供網站擁有者本人使用，不對外提供服務。本政策說明程式如何存取、使用與處理本人資料。
stock-monitor is used exclusively by the website owner and is not offered as a public service. This policy explains how the application accesses, uses, and handles the owner's data.
1. 存取的資料 · Data accessed
程式只透過 Gmail API 唯讀權限（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly），讀取寄件者為 e-notification@ebill1.cathaysec.com.tw 的國泰證券對帳單信件及 PDF 附件；不讀取、不處理其他信件。此權限本身提供信箱的唯讀存取能力，程式的實際使用範圍限定為上述對帳單。
The application uses only the Gmail API read-only scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly) to read Cathay Securities statement emails and PDF attachments from e-notification@ebill1.cathaysec.com.tw. It does not read or process other emails. While this scope grants read-only access to the mailbox, the application's actual use is limited to the statements described above.
2. 使用目的 · Purpose of use
資料僅用於整理本人的投資交易、股利與持股紀錄，包括定期定額紀錄。
Data is used only to organize the owner's investment transactions, dividends, and holdings, including regular fixed-amount investment records.
3. 儲存與通知 · Storage and notifications
對帳單、PDF 附件與整理後的投資紀錄僅儲存在本人自己的電腦，不上傳到任何伺服器。唯一的傳送例外是給本人的通知摘要：摘要會透過 Telegram 傳送，不含完整對帳單；傳送時會經由 Telegram 的伺服器處理。本網站不接收或儲存上述資料。
Statements, PDF attachments, and organized investment records are stored only on the owner's own computer and are not uploaded to any server. The sole transmission exception is notification summaries sent to the owner through Telegram. These summaries do not contain complete statements and pass through Telegram's servers for delivery. This website does not receive or store this data.
4. 不分享、不出售、不用於廣告 · No sharing, sale, or advertising
資料不分享、不出售、不用於廣告，也不提供給任何第三方作其他用途。除第 3 節所述透過 Telegram 傳送給本人的通知摘要外，程式不向第三方傳送資料。
Data is not shared, sold, used for advertising, or provided to any third party for other purposes. Except for notification summaries delivered to the owner through Telegram as described in section 3, the application does not transmit data to third parties.
5. 唯讀操作 · Read-only operations
程式不會修改、刪除或寄送任何信件。
The application will not modify, delete, or send any emails.
6. Google API 資料使用政策 · Google API user data policy
從 Google API 接收的資訊，其使用將遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use（有限使用）要求。
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. 撤銷授權與刪除資料 · Revoke access and delete data
可隨時前往 Google 帳戶權限設定移除 stock-monitor，撤銷 Gmail 存取授權。本機資料可隨時自行刪除；撤銷授權不會自動刪除先前儲存的本機資料。
Access can be revoked at any time by removing stock-monitor from Google Account permissions. Locally stored data can be deleted by the owner at any time. Revoking access does not automatically delete data previously stored on the computer.
